DGI Produce Warranty
In order to warrant DGI designjet ink’s effect and Support customer's rights, Beijing DGI technology Co. Ltd. Offer the follow warranty about our product quality.
1.DGI inks warranty applies only to the original buyer who purchase ink form us or through its Authorized Dealers sales network.
2.Customers have correctly abided by the operated rules which the designjet manufactures’ require and our advice to clean machine.
3.Before user using inks, the printer-head can normally be used and the machine monitor does not display error prompt which may influence the printing quality(the printer-head life abide by the original manufacture standard).
4.Customer must completely abide by the correct instruction and DGI ink manual to use products (the detail information reference as the user manuals).
5.It is not allowed that customer mix our product with other manufacture’s ink.
6.The customer should insure that the process of use doesn't result in pollutions.
While satisfying above conditions, the HP5000 printer-head comes short of 900 milliliters to appear permanent jam-head during the period of printing, customer should promptly send ink and damaged printer-head to Beijing DGI Technology Co. Ltd. And our support staffs will detect them. After detecting if it is true that the damaged printer-head resulted from our ink, our company will offer compensation. Compensation standard: Deduct by printer-head original values and have used inks, it is said the compensation is the remains of 900 milliliter minus you have used ink. But it is not include the compensation that the damage of printer-head result form customer abnormally manipulating.
While satisfying above a few conditions, NOVA printer-head comes to appear permanent jam-head during the period of printing. Customer should promptly send remains ink to Beijing DGI Technology Co. Ltd. And we will detect them. After detecting if it not the ink quality question we will defuse compensation.
Coming to above damage of printer-head, customers should immediately inform our market staff, we will quickly response to customers’ request. If the lose come form customer do not promptly inform us and customer continue to use the machine during the printer-head is examining, we is not response for customer’s expense.
The UV performance of our products is completely satisfied to designjet ink’s standard. If the fade originate form other reasons, we will refuse to compensate your lose.
Appearing color deviation and other puzzle in the usages of DGI inks, we will be responsible for regulate your machine using RIP software in the meantime we offer tech inquire and support.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed by Beijing DGI technology Co. Ltd.
